Terms of Service
- For now, payment can only be delivered through CashApp.
- Client must pay 50% of full price upfront, then once the sketch is confirmed, they must pay the remaining 50%.
- The confirmation sketch sent before the full price is paid will be watermarked.
- I am allowed to charge for or deny major revisions if I decide the workload is enough.
- I will only give free refunds before the flat colours are completed. After that, I will charge 25%-50% of the initial price depending on the amount of completion.
- I am allowed to deny refunds if I believe I am too far into the project. Meaning I am too close to being complete.
- Commercial rights will come with a fee, depending on what the client will use the art for. This can go from 50% to 200%+
- If you are looking for commercial use, describe what you will be using the commission for.
- Commercial use in my terms includes; Stickers, merchandise, advertisements, and other uses that have monetary gain.
Commercial use in my terms does NOT include; Profile pictures, posting online(preferably with credit, but not required), using as a phone background, etc. Uses that do not have monetary gain.
- No matter if the client pays for commercial rights or not, they do not have the rights to use the art to train AI or create NFTs.
- References are a must have, preferably visual. If the client does not have a visual reference, please provide some images of the aesthetic, style, etc.
